Federmeier is a specialist guitar store built around a simple idea: every instrument we list has been chosen, not just stocked.

We carry classical and luthier-built guitars from Spanish and European workshops, alongside a smaller, carefully selected range of acoustic guitars and concert ukuleles. Rather than listing everything a distributor offers, we work through the specification of each model ourselves — the tonewoods, the construction method, who the instrument actually suits — before it goes on the site.

Every guitar that leaves us has been checked by hand before it ships: action, intonation and string condition, not just a factory setting sheet. We would rather delay a shipment by a day than send out an instrument we have not looked at ourselves.

We sell across the European Union, and we back that with a straightforward promise: a 14-day return window on every order, and insured shipping in a hard case or reinforced carton. If a guitar arrives and it is not right for you, send it back — you should not have to gamble on an instrument you have never held.
