Shipping and Delivery

We ship classical and acoustic guitars throughout the European Union. Every instrument is carefully inspected, professionally set up and packed by hand before leaving our workshop. This process takes slightly longer than a standard warehouse box-and-label operation, but it ensures that the guitar delivered to you meets the same standards we would expect for our own instruments.

Packaging

Every guitar is shipped either in a hard case or in a reinforced, double-wall cardboard box with additional internal protection around the neck, headstock and body, depending on the instrument and the selected shipping option.

Ukuleles, strings and accessories are packed in appropriately sized packaging to prevent unnecessary movement during transport.

Dispatch Time

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays.

Made-to-order instruments, including guitars from our custom luthier range, require a longer production and preparation period. The estimated completion and delivery date will always be confirmed with you before the order is finalised.

Carrier and Tracking

We ship with DHL and DPD.

As soon as your order has been collected by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link that allows you to follow the delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Every shipment is insured for its full purchase value against loss and damage during transport.

When receiving your order, please check the outer packaging before accepting the parcel. If the case or shipping box is visibly damaged, take clear photographs before opening it and contact us immediately. Keeping photographs of the packaging, shipping label and instrument allows us to process a replacement or insurance claim as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping rates are:

• Germany: €19
• Other European Union countries: €29
• Free EU shipping on orders over €1,500

Shipping rates for exceptionally large, heavy or high-value instruments may differ. The exact shipping cost for your destination will always be displayed at checkout before payment.

Countries We Ship To

We ship to all member states of the European Union.

Customers ordering from outside the European Union should contact us before placing an order. International shipping may be available, but customs charges, import taxes, insurance conditions and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
